ACADEMIC COURSES RULES AND REGULATION

1. Free course for 12 classes only. Student will have to fill 2 sets of form. After the successful completion of 12 classes no more classes will be given to any student .

2. If a student want to take admission after the successful completion of 10 free classes he/she will have to fill the another 2 set of application form.

3. If a free class is applicable for the particular course at that time student can also take direct admission to that particular course but he/she will also get the classes allotted free to that particular course time to time along with paid course time period.

4. No certificate will be issued for the free classes. Only the student can enjoy 12 free classes.

5. Document needed at the time of enrolment for free as well as paid course

a)Aadhaar Card

b)School/College/University Id card

c)2 Passport size recent colour photo.

   

6.During admission only 2 installment is possible whatever the course fees applicable at that time.

 

7.Course fees are subject to change from time to time. And student will have to follow that, decision of the authority is final.

 

8. During admission students will have to fill the 2 sets of application form.

 

9.After 12 successful classes the student will have to pay the full course fee or else the course will be cancelled and money will be forfeited no amount of money will be given back to the student what so reason may be.

 

10Suppose a student is doing a combo course means 2 course module at the same time and at the admission time he/she had given the first installment but at the successful completion of the 12 classes he/she unable to pay the due amount or clear the total fees for the course, then only the least amount of course will be adjusted and rest of the amount of money will be forfeited and the course which is due or whose money or fees is not cleared will be stopped and the student concern will be “Black Listed” for that particular course for 1 year.

 

11.A “Black Listed” student will not be allowed to do any course for 1 year in severe cases, only authority decision are applicable.

 

12.To inform anything the student will have to submit a letter to the authority mentioning the reason for the letter concern.

 

13.If someone fails in any “CBT” (Computer Based Exam) then he/she will have to pay Rs 100/- for

re-examination.

 

14.If a student loses his/her identity card then he/she will have to pay Rs 50/- for a duplicate copy or else he/she will not be able to attain the classes.

 

15.No extra time will be given except the schedule time allotted in the attendance card. If a student want to change his/her time schedule he/she must consult with the teacher concern in advance.

And will have to submit a letter.

 

16.Only the exact amount of money can be given in cash at the reception, no exchange is possible else the student will have to pay by demand draft, which is again the subject of clearance by the bank concern.

 

17.Rules and regulation are subject to amendment time to time. And all the student will have to follow the rules and regulation or else he/she will be rusticated or disqualified for that particular course. Decision of the authority is final.

 

18.The decision of the authority is final in all matters, no student  argument will be heard at the disqualification.

 

19.For the monthly course the student will have to pay in advance the course fee applicable.

 

20.If a student remain absent for more than 3 month without any information or letter to the authority his/her course will be cancelled and money will be forfeited no money will be returned back to the student concern.

 

21.If any student want to take a holiday, he/she must give a letter to the authority else his/her classes will be cancelled.

 

22.If a student remained absent for more than 1 month without informing the teacher his classes will not be adjusted. He/she must give a letter giving the reason why she remained absent.

 

23.Course fees are subject to amendment from time to time and student will have to accept and follow that, no argument will be heard from the student. Decision of the authority is final.

24. A course duration cannot be extended not more than one month from the scheduled course duration. And the student concern must submit a letter.

25. After successful completion of the course and after giving a "C.B.T" based test for that particular course, the student will be awarded certificate only after 2 month, verification will take place 1 week before the certificate delivered to the student, and if any query from the student end regarding the name or date of birth or fathers name arises, it should be clarified within that time period.

26. Every student guardian should meet the teacher before appearing the "C.B.T" test.

27. Every student should score minimum 40% of marks to receive the certificate or if the student fails in an examination he/she can appear once again by giving Rs 100/- as the re-examination fee with a letter. This way a student can appear only 2 times for the re-examination and if he/she cannot pass then, he/she will have to take admission giving the entire fees once again for that particular course. No refund of money is possible.

28. Class dates are adjusted to the student only if the academy is closed only remember if a student remains absent on his/her scheduled dates without informing in written letter to the teacher before hand his/her class dates will not be adjusted.

29. Pay Rs 500 for "Duplicate Certificate", "Lost Certificate", "Certificate Related any issue".

30. Student will have to show the "ORIGINAL IDENTITY CUM ATTENDANCE CARD" clearly attested on the photograph by the authority for the issue of "Duplicate Certificate", "Lost Certificate", "Certificate Related any issue"

31. For re-attestation of the certificate after downloading from the website Student will have to show the "ORIGINAL IDENTITY CUM ATTENDANCE CARD" clearly attested on the photograph by the authority for the issue of "Duplicate Certificate", "Lost Certificate", "Certificate Related any issue", or else he/she will have to do the course once again and will have to take admission for that particular course or courses he/she applied for the certificate, and he/she must apply with an written application letter.

32. Certificate for a particular course or courses will be issued only once/only 1 time from the authority. Second time if the certificate is issued then the student will have to pay Rs 500, every time the same certificate for that same particular course/courses.

33. If a student do not pay the tuition fees within 5th of every month then a fine of Rs 50 per/day will be added with the 

fees which the student supposed to pay in his/her course. 

​

33. If the academy remains closed due to any national holiday or any reason on the 5th of any month in a year then

the student will have to pay before 5th of any month. The student should not wait till the last date on 5th of any month

​

34. If the academy remains closed from 1st to 5th of any given month then the next working day the student should clear

all the fees outstanding, other wise Rs 50 per/day fine will be added with the fees which the student supposed to give

in a single month.
